Terms of use

COMPED provides Pokémon card price estimates built from completed sales evidence, plus collection, vault and vendor tools. It is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, eBay, PSA, CGC, ACE, TAG or SGC.

Every figure shown is an estimate derived from market data available to us at the time. It is not an offer to buy or sell, not a formal appraisal, and not financial or investment advice. Card markets move quickly and data can be incomplete. You are responsible for your own buying, selling and grading decisions.

You must give accurate sign-up details and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, scraping, automated bulk querying, or attempts to manipulate community pricing.

Paid tiers are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Promotional codes and gifted periods may be withdrawn if obtained through abuse. Statutory rights are unaffected; see pricing for what each tier includes.

You keep ownership of the collection and inventory data you enter. By submitting price corrections or evidence links to the Price Trainer you grant us a licence to use that input to improve pricing accuracy across the service, in aggregate and without attribution.

• Do not scrape, resell or redistribute our pricing output at scale.
• Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, quotas or tier restrictions.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing or abusive content.
• Do not submit deliberately false pricing evidence.

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of any estimate. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or losses arising from decisions made using our estimates. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms as the product changes; material changes will be noted in the changelog. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
