TCGplayer is great — and US-based. There are decent UK-based tools too. The accepted gold standard is still eBay: search the thing, set filters, switch to recently sold, eyeball comps, work out your own average, think, reason, answer — then write it down or memorise it, then take it somewhere else to actually do something with. Spreadsheet. Notebook. Another app. Pricing gun.

Tech and collectibles are the same loop. CeX is useful, but you still cross-reference eBay to be sure, grab a calculator, work out percentages, work out a buy-in price, write it down, move on.
